Terms and conditions of sale

You can shop freely on the site by adding products to your cart. At checkout, you’ll be prompted to register (or log in, if you’re already a customer) and enter your shipping and billing address. After choosing your payment method and confirming your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

The shipment will be confirmed by e-mail when the courier takes charge; In the same message you will also receive the tracking code to monitor the delivery. 

To ensure product quality, orders are generally shipped between Monday and Wednesday, so as to avoid prolonged stops in warehouses during the weekend, where temperature-controlled conditions cannot be guaranteed. 

Couriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

• Italy: €6.30 for orders under two boxes of probiotics.
• Abroad: €9.05 (France and Switzerland), €9.65 (Poland), for orders of less than two boxes of probiotics.

The price refers to small orders and may vary based on the quantity purchased or active promotions. Any discounts, including free shipping conditions, are applied at the time of purchase.

Shipments to Switzerland may incur additional customs clearance fees that are invoiced directly by the carrier and are not attributable to the company.

Upon delivery, it is advisable to always check that the packaging is intact and that the number of packages is correct. If there are any anomalies, please report the problem to us by e-mail info@ellispharma.it. Subsequent complaints without reservation will not be accepted.

Accepted payment method: Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Postepay).

Prices are shown in euros, including VAT. Some promotions may include discounts or free shipping with coupon code. Prices may vary over time depending on availability or active promotions.

All customers who complete the purchase procedure on this site accept the following conditions at the same time.

In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), if you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases for purposes not related to his or her professional activity), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, without the obligation to give reasons.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a written notice within the indicated time limits by email to: info@ellispharma.it

The communication must contain:

• your data (name, surname, address),
• the order number and date,
• your willingness to withdraw from the contract.

The goods must be returned:

• undamaged, unused and complete with all original parts and packaging,
• within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed. The use of a traceable method is recommended.

Once we have received and verified the integrity of the goods, we will refund the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal request, using the same payment method chosen for the purchase (unless otherwise agreed).

The refund does not include the initial shipping costs, except in cases where the withdrawal is due to an error or defect attributable to the seller.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the event of:

• sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons, if opened after delivery (e.g. supplements, cosmetics, medical devices);
• custom-made or clearly personalized goods;
• products that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.

The invoice can be requested during the purchase process, by entering the tax code or VAT number. You cannot change the data after it has been issued. If required, tax documents are issued in Euros and shipped together with the products.

Orders are accepted both from Italy and abroad. 

The sales contract is only concluded after confirmation by e-mail from us. By proceeding with the order, the customer declares to have read and accepted all the conditions of sale.
